Trosolwg o'r cwrs / Course overview: Bydd y cwrs hyfforddi hwn yn cael ei gyflwyno dros ddau hanner diwrnod. Y cyntaf yn ystod diwrnod rhwydwaith y Cydlynydd ADY a'r ail yn ystod hanner diwrnod ychwanegol yn ystod tymor y gwanwyn. Nod y cwrs hyfforddi yw cynyddu dealltwriaeth, sgiliau a hyder Cydlynwyr ADY o ran osgoi gwaethygu anghytundebau a datrys unrhyw anghydfodau a all godi o nodi anghenion dysgu ychwanegol a’r ddarpariaeth i ddiwallu’r anghenion hynny o dan y system ADY /  This training course will be delivered over two half days. The first during the ALNCo network day and the second during an additional half day during the spring term. The training course aims to increase ALNCos’ understanding, skills and confidence with avoiding the escalation of disagreements and resolving any disputes that may arise from ridentifying additional learning needs and the provision to meet those needs under the ALN system.

1 - Cyflwyno egwyddorion sylfaenol atal a datrys anghydfod / To introduce the underpinning principles of dispute prevention and resolution

2 - Er mwyn i gyfranogwyr ddatblygu dealltwriaeth o'r sgiliau sy'n gysylltiedig ag atal a datrys anghydfod / For participants to develop an understanding of the skills associated with dispute prevention and resolution

3 - I gyfranogwyr gael y cyfle i ymarfer sgiliau sy'n gysylltiedig ag atal a datrys anghydfod, a derbyn adborth / For participants to have the opportunity to practise skills associated with dispute prevention and resolution, and receive feedback

4 - Archwilio sut y gellir defnyddio atal a datrys anghydfodau o fewn y Fframwaith PCP / To explore how dispute prevention and resolution can be utilised within the PCP Framework

Training to share information and strategies to support learners with ASC tendencies and sensory processing difficulties. The training will address how to support individuals within a busy mainstream classroom environment in preparedness for learning.

Training to share information and strategies to support learners with ASC tendencies and sensory processing difficulties. The training will address how to support individuals within a busy mainstream classroom environment in preparedness for learning.
