What does the team do?

Provides support to schools and governors covering Blaenau Gwent, Monmouthshire, Newport and Torfaen.

Provides a clerking service for governing body meetings and manages the process of sending out meeting invitations and paperwork for each meeting to all governors, also processing and quality assuring the minutes that are produced after each meeting. 

Provides support and guidance to all governors with any queries.

Offers a comprehensive training programme for governors, as well as many online resources to help governors develop their skills in the role.

Provides advice and support to schools and governors around the Statutory Committee process. This is for help around School Complaints, Pupil Exclusions, Disciplinaries etc.
