Annual Squash Wales Presentation Evening 2024

Another successful year in the world of Merthyr Squash Club was rounded off at the annual Presentation evening where the club won Club of the Year for a third year running, and Mark Palmer took home Volunteer of the Year. Thank you to everyone in the club because without you we wouldn't be able to do we do. Roll on 2025!

About Us

For anyone who lives in Merthyr Tydfil or the surrounding valleys who loves, or would love to try a game of squash.

We are a group of like minded individuals based in the historic iron and steel capital of the world of Merthyr Tydfil, at the heart of the valleys who love the game of squash.

Playing out of Merthyr Tydfil Leisure Centre, we have 3 newly refurbished glass back courts with their own viewing galleries. There is also a fully equipped gym on site.

Joel Makin, former World number 7, and Commonwealth Games Silver medallist proudly supports Merthyr Squash Club - the club that started his journey.
