Cais am adborth a diweddariad yr hydref i Ganllawiau Gwydnwch ar gyfer Lleoliadau Gofal Plant ac Addysg
Feedback request & autumn update to Resilience Guidance for Childcare and Education Settings
Efallai eich bod yn ymwybodol ein bod wedi cyhoeddi diweddariadau i’r Canllawiau i leoliadau addysg a gofal plant ar gynllunio at argyfyngau ac ymateb iddynt a Chanllawiau Parhad Dysgu yn ddiweddar. Mae hyn bellach yn cynnwys cyngor a linciau defnyddiol ar gyfer achosion colli pŵer, cyfleustodau neu dŵr yn annisgwyl a hefyd diwygiad o’r Canllawiau Tywydd Eithafol.
Fel erioed, ein bwriad yw adolygu a gwella'r canllawiau yn barhaus, a'n nod yw cyflwyno fersiwn pellach ar gyfer Tymor yr Hydref 2023. Byddai adborth ac awgrymiadau ar sut y gellir ei wella yn fuddiol, a hefyd yn helpu gyda chynllunio gaeaf 2023.
Byddwn yn croesawu syniadau ac awgrymiadau gan awdurdodau lleol ac ysgolion i helpu i wella'r canllawiau. Rwy'n ymwybodol bod nawr yn parhau i fod yn gyfnod prysur ac nid wyf am orlwytho pennau yn y cyfnod cyn diwedd y tymor, ond bydd sylwadau erbyn 14 Gorffennaf yn cael eu gwerthfawrogi'n fawr.
Mae'r tîm hefyd yn croesawu adborth parhaus, yn enwedig gan ysgolion sydd wedi defnyddio'r canllawiau cynllunio, a chyfleoedd i rannu unrhyw offer ac adnoddau arferion gorau.
.
Yn gywir,
Owain Lloyd
Cyfarwyddwr Addysg a'r Gymraeg
You may be aware that we recently published updated Resilience Planning and Response Guidance and Learning Continuity Guidance. This now includes planning advice and useful links in the event of unexpected loss of power, utilities or water and refreshed Extreme Weather Guidance.
As ever, our intention is to continually review and improve the guidance and we aim to produce a further iteration for the 2023 Autumn Term. Feedback and suggestions on how it can be improved would therefore be beneficial, and will also help with 2023 winter planning.
We would welcome thoughts and suggestions from local authorities and schools to help improve the guidance. I am mindful this continues to be a busy period and do not want to overburden heads in the lead up to the end of term, but comments by 14 July will be much appreciated.
The team also welcome continuous feedback, especially from schools that have made use of the planning guidance, and opportunities to share any best practice tools and resources.
Yours sincerely,
Owain Lloyd
