Fel rhan o'r Rhaglen Gyfalaf Gofal Plant a Blynyddoedd Cynnar, mae Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn wedi sicrhau cyllid dros y 4 mlynedd diwethaf i godi adeiladau modwlar gofal plant trwy'r dydd newydd o fewn safleoedd ysgolion. Ers dechrau'r prosiect am y tro cyntaf yn 2019, mae cyfanswm o bum adeilad modwlar wedi'u hadeiladu ac maent bellach yn lleoliadau gofal plant dydd llawn o 8am – 6pm ar gyfer plant rhwng 2-12 oed.
Early Years and Childcare Capital Project - Anglesey
As part of the Childcare and Early Years Capital Programme, Anglesey County Council has previously secured funding to build new all-day childcare modular buildings within school sites. Since the project first began in 2019, a total of five modular buildings have been constructed and are now fully functioning all-day childcare settings from 8am – 6pm for children aged between 2-12.
Mae'r adborth gan ysgolion a rhieni wedi bod yn hynod gadarnhaol ac wedi dangos galw mawr am brosiectau tebyg yn y dyfodol. Felly, rydym yn cael adolygiad o'r prosiect ac yn rhoi'r cyfle i deuluoedd, ysgolion a’r sector gofal plant i rannu eu barn, argymhellion, anghenion ac ati. Gobeithiwn y bydd yr broses yma yn ein cefnogi i gael trosolwg mwy manwl a chywir wrth benderfynu ac ystyried prosiectau'r dyfodol.
Er mwyn rhoi ymateb eich ysgol, ewch i’r arolwg ar-lein os gwelwch yn dda.
Daw'r ymgynghoriad i ben ar Ebrill 10fed 2023. Mae croeso i chi rannu hwn ag eraill fyddai â diddordeb (e.e. llywodraethwyr / staff / darparwyr gofal plant)
Os oes gennych unrhyw gwestiynau neu faterion gyda mynediad i’r uchod, anfonwch e-bost at Mr. Anoop Watts (Prif Ymgynghorydd) ar info@ukacademia.com
The feedback from schools and parents has been extremely positive and has demonstrated a huge demand for similar projects in the future. Therefore, we are undergoing a review of the project and facilitating the opportunity for families, schools and the childcare sector to share their views, recommendations, needs etc. We hope that this exercise will support in determining a more precise and accurate overview of where future projects maybe best placed/considered.
To provide your schools response, please visit our online survey.
The consultation closes on 10 April 2023. Please feel free to share this survey with others who may be interested in the consultation (e.g. governors / staff / childcare providers)
If you have any questions or issues with access, please email Mr. Anoop Watts (Principal Consultant) on info@ukacademia.com

Arweinyddiaeth a Gwella Ysgolion
Leadership and School Improvement
Yn 2016, cyhoeddwyd adroddiad thematig gan ESTYN, ‘Arweinyddiaeth a gwella ysgolion cynradd’, a oedd yn adeiladu ar adroddiad thematig cynharach ar ‘Teithiau gwella deuddeg ysgol uwchradd’. Yn ddiweddar, mae ESTYN wedi ailedrych ar yr adroddiadau hyn ac, yn sgil ein gwerthusiadau o arweinyddiaeth a gwella ysgolion ar draws ein gwaith, maent wedi adolygu a diwygio’ gwybodaeth.
Mae’r model yn amlinellu trosolwg cam wrth gam o deithiau gwella ysgolion. Ei nod yw cynnig arweiniad ymarferol i gynorthwyo arweinwyr ysgolion a staff i fyfyrio ar safle cyfredol eu hysgol a meddwl am yr hyn y gallent ei wneud nesaf i wella agweddau gwahanol ar ei gwaith.
Yn dilyn ‘Canllawiau gwella ysgolion: fframwaith ar gyfer gwerthuso, gwella ac atebolrwydd’ gan Llywodraeth Cymru, mae ESTYN yn rhannu adnodd i gefnogi ysgolion ar eu teithiau gwella.
In 2016, ESTYN published a thematic report, 'Leadership and improving primary schools', which built on an earlier thematic report on 'Twelve secondary school improvement journeys'. ESTYN has recently revisited these reports and, as a result of our evaluations of school leadership and improvement across our work, they have reviewed and revised information.
The model outlines a step-by-step overview of school improvement journeys. It aims to provide practical guidance to support school leaders and staff to reflect on their school's current position and think about what they might do next to improve different aspects of its work.
Following 'School improvement guidance: a framework for evaluation, improvement and accountability' from the Welsh Government, ESTYN is sharing a resource to support schools on their improvement journeys.
