The Council/employer is required to ensure that any employee who uses their vehicle for work activities (other than travelling to and from work) is fit to drive a lawfully insured and roadworthy vehicle. They must maintain an insurance policy covering business use of the vehicle. It is the employee’s responsibility to complete the relevant declaration form (attached) and provide the requested information (including a copy of the policy) to the person with responsibility in the school on an annual basis. Any information you provide will be used solely for this purpose, stored securely and destroyed when it is no longer required.

We would like to share with you a letter containing information in regards to the increase in the number of scarlet fever and invasive streptococcal disease in 2022. If a case arises at your school, please let us know so that we can monitor the situation.
