The Lost Words

One example of outdoor learning through nature has been The Lost Words project which has been developed across many schools in the ERW region. Primarily the projects were to develop literacy through nature, but they have been used as the catalyst and inspiration for further work in schools in investigating environmental changes and challenges within their localities.
