Hours: I am at school from 7:30am - 3pm whenever school is in session.


My goal is to help you keep your child healthy and safe so they can learn and play in school. Please get in touch if you have information about your child's health that is important for me to know in order to accomplish this shared goal. Also, please contact me if you have questions about your child's or your family's health. I am available by phone or email or you can leave me a voicemail on days when MES students are scheduled for remote learning.

About Nurse Claire

Claire comes to Moretown Elementary School with a lifetime of experience in, and dedication to, child and family health. She has experience caring for children, women, and families as a labor and delivery nurse, a Perinatal Clinical Specialist, and as a Nurse Practitioner. She has worked in well child clinics, adolescent and college health clinics, family planning clinics, and in occupational health and family practice settings. Much of her practice has focused on caring for individuals from underserved populations including children and families recently arrived in the US from Mexico and Central America. Currently, in her spare time, Claire volunteers as a Nurse Practitioner at the People's Health and Wellness Center in Barre. Claire recently retired from The College of New Jersey, School of Nursing, Health, and Exercise Science where she was Professor of Nursing, teaching and mentoring undergraduate and graduate nursing students. Dr. Lindberg has a BS in Nursing, an MS in Maternal-Child Health Nursing and a PhD in Nursing.
