Common Field Day questions:

Q-When is Field Day???

A- May 8th 2025

Q-What is field Day?

A-Field day will be a fun exciting day!

Q-Can we wear swimsuits?

A- Yes, under your clothes and covered up.  Must still wear school appropriate clothes at all times (cannot take off your shirt).

Q- Can we wear flip-flops/crocs?

A- The water events will be on the asphalt.  It would not be a safe choice.  I'm suggesting that you wear an old pair of tennis shoes for water events.  WE will try and allot time to change clothes and shoes.

Q-Can our parents come?

A- Yes, parents should contact the classroom teacher in advance (it's too crazy on field day) to let them know.  If parents want to volunteer, they can rotate with the classroom teacher and help the teacher. At the PE led events, we will have high school students running the stations.

Q-Can my parents bring my little Brother/sister?

A- Yes, BUT parents are responsible for smaller children and they may not be able to do any of the events.

Q-What will we need to bring?

A- A change of clothes (ex: Shirt, shorts, undies, socks and shoes), sunscreen, water bottle, sack lunch if not getting one from cafeteria.  Make sure you write the students name on EVERYTHING!

Q-Do we need to bring our backpack?

A-Ask your classroom teacher.
