After July 31, 2024, you will no longer have premium access to your Planbook. The majority of responses from the spring instructional technology survey indicated Planbook was not beneficial and was an extra step to copy and paste plans after already preparing them in a different platform, like Google Docs.
Teachers will still have access to print and download plans you have previously written, but you will not be able to edit plans or copy plans to a new school year.
Teachers will not be able to add new lesson plans.
Planbook admin will no longer have access to teacher plans after July 31, 2024.
Please email kelly.hong@huttoisd.net if you would like support with Planbook alternatives.
After June 30, 2024, you will only be able to use the New Aware.
You will still have access to all of your assessments and reports, Aware navigation will just look a little different.
If you have used Eduphoria Aware this school year, you had to manually click "Go back to Classic Aware" to use the old navigation. You will no longer be able to click "Go back to Classic Aware" after June 30, 2024.

All 23-24 classes will automatically archive and all new classes will auto-populate. All your activities will stay in your My Library automatically throughout the process. There will be many professional development opportunities offered during the summer.
