Download and print out each individual piece.
Cut around the edges of the each piece outside the board and along the intersecting dotted lines.
Glue, tape, or staple the four pieces together and to a piece of cardboard or flat, hard surface.
You may cut out the hole for electronics, but it is not necessary.
