Important Deadlines

March 31, 2021

1. Submit Alien Registration Card (ARC) application packets to our office staff.
2. If you miss this deadline, you will need to apply for the ARC on your own.
  - From Fall 2019, you must complete your application independently at the Immigration Office.
  - You can also use a Visa Agency that HUFS uses which comes to campus and collects applications - but the service costs an additional 20,000 KRW on top of the ARC Application fee.

March 5, 2021

1. Dormitory Cancellation Deadline (75% refund)
2. Dormitory Payment Due (direct wire transfer or cash transfer at Woori Bank)
3. Health Insurance Application Deadline
4. ~~Application and payment for evening Survival Korean class due—register and pay in cash at the Korean Writing Center~~
5. ~~Peer Tutoring Application (online) Deadline~~

Other Important Deadlines

1. Immigration Fingerprints: TBD by the Immigration Office. If you miss this deadline, your ARC application will be delayed.
2. Course Registration ends: March 8, 2021
3. Course drop deadline for Undergraduate Students: March 23-30
4. Deadline to apply/extend to Fall 2020 semester: April 30, 2021
5. Deadline to apply for Summer Intensive Korean Program: May 5, 2021
6. Final Grade Corrections: June XX - July XX, 2021

If you do not report errors in your grades by this day, your grades cannot be fixed!
