Clever: Our Single Sign On. Access any of your district curriculum or programs through Clever. It syncs with your Powerschool roster every night. Students will also access programs through Clever. You can favorite programs you want to appear at the top so your don't always have to scroll for what you are looking for. You also have a teacher page that all our your students will have. You can upload any links you want them to have access to that are not already on Clever. For more information visit the tech coach website.

Powerschool: We use the for attendance, grades, and behavior. Always be sure your Powerschool rosters are correct when addressing other issues in programs. You will have 2 grading categories: Classwork (40%) Test (60%). All work needs to fall within these 2 categories. Grades are due before progress reports and resport cards. Parents are able to connect to their child's Powerschool account to track attendance and grades. 

Canvas: Our Learning Management System. This is where you can post assignments, activities, and assessments. You can use this for announcements and even set up your gradebook to sync with Powerschool. Each of your Powerschool courses will have a Canvas course. Courses are unpublished until you manually publish them. See our step by step Canvas guide for more.

Go Guardian: The program we use to monitor student's on their school devices during school hours. Once logging in for the first time, you will need to go to the "pending tab"- here you can select any/all relevant courses. Go Guardian allows you to create scenes to block students from certain websites as well as control the number of tabs they can have open.
