Submission Guidelines

1. Submission is on an individual basis.

2. Take one photo with the theme of “Self-management under COVID-19”.

3. Give a title to your work.

4. Use maximum 50 words (Chinese or English) to describe your work.

5. Submit the work in one file (max. file size 100MB) by clicking the 'Join Now' button below.



Judging criteria

1. Relevance to the theme (50%)

2. Creativity (20%)

3. Visual effects, aesthetics, photography skills (30%)



ECA Hours/ iGPS

Eligible participants can get 2 CS hours / 2 ECA hours / 1 iGPS unit


Adjudication of Awards

  1. Champion and Runners-ups will be judged by a panel comprising the organizing committee members of the Management League and an external judge.

  2. The Most Favourite Award goes by the highest number of votes by MGT staff/students.



Rules and Regulations

  1. All entries must be original photographic works and do not infringe upon the rights and copyrights of others. The Department of Management of The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong will not be held responsible for any violation of copyright regulations.

  2. The entry shall not contain any obscene, provocative, slanderous, erotic, violent, or any other offensive or inappropriate content. The Department of Management of The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong reserves the right to judge and exclude the entry qualification of any work.

  1. The Department of Management of The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong reserves the right to use all entries for any promotional, exhibition and printing purposes, including but not limited to print or electronic channels, without the prior consent of contestants and payment of any copyright fees.

  2. The Department of Management of The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong reserves the discretion to amend the rules of the competition at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, The Department of Management of The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision and ownership.
