This week in PE you are going to customise your own lesson based on your interests. Use the NETFLEX presentation below and browse the selections to make your choices. You must:
Complete a minimum of 4 activities
Complete at least 1 workout or fitness fun activity (you can do more than 1 if you choose!)
Complete at least 1 PE at Home Challenge activity (you can do more than 1 if you choose!)
From there you may want to do dance, mindfulness or yoga. Or you may choose to complete more workouts or challenges. It is up to you!

You are trapped in the Virtual Holy Spirit Gym! In order to leave the Virtual Gym and get to lunch on time, you must complete all 4 of the activities!
There will be a set of exercises/stretches that you must do for each of the fitness components--Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, and Flexibility!
Once you complete the exercises/stretches, you will “UNLOCK” that area of the Virtual Gym!
To get started...open the slideshow below, click the right arrow button go to the Virtual Gym and click on the number “1”. After completing each section, click on the next number. GOOD LUCK!
