For this week every student may choose to participate in the House Virtual Cross Country as your Remote Learning PE task. If you make that choice then you will not need to complete any other task.
I would strongly encourage you to take part in this exciting team event!
To take part all you need to do is:
Step 1:
Register here: https://tinyurl.com/y9cwja3b
Step 2:
Find a way to track your run/walk to submit your entry. This can be done in a number of ways such as: using a smartwatch (Fitbit, Garmin etc) or running apps (Strava, Map my Run etc).
Step 3:
Sometime from Thursday May 28th to Sunday May 31st, complete your run/walk at your required distance using one of the above options to track your run.
It would be great to see people in their house colours!
Step 4:
Submit your entry to Caeleigh via email cosborne@hsringwoodnth.catholic.edu.au (include a screenshot of your run/walk details and a photo from your run/walk)
Further detail can be found on the PE Homepage or by clicking here

Tabata training is one of the most popular forms of interval training. This means you work hard, then get a rest. Tabata is a specific 20-seconds work, 10-seconds rest interval.
Right now we are seeing so many plank challenges. Here is a five minute Tabata plank challenge to try. Twenty seconds of planks, ten seconds of rest. Very achievable! Good luck!
Watch the above video to learn how to play “Shooting Shuffle!”
Ask someone in your family if they can help you set up and play against you!
Take part in this workout that is designed using objects you can find in your backyard!
