It's easy to participate:
Get Running/Walking.... you could:
Use your daily exercise time to run/walk around your neighborhood (with parents of course). Track your distance on a smartwatch/app or work out the distance yourself.
Set up a track in their backyard and measure your distance.
If you have a treadmill, run or walk and track your distance.
Try tracking your walks/runs daily to help us get around Australia!
