We have transitioned from traditional personnel “control” to a service-oriented approach, aiming to serve all school employees with efficiency and care.
In today’s digital era, the Personnel Office emphasizes timeliness and effectiveness, staying updated on legal and administrative policies to ensure comprehensive and human-centered personnel services.
Our team currently includes a Director and one Assistant, operating under the leadership of the Principal and higher-level personnel agencies. We are responsible for:
Organizational structuring and staffing
Appointments, transfers, promotions, and salary placement
Teacher recruitment and evaluation
Leave, attendance, rewards, and disciplinary actions
Staff training and professional development
Salary and welfare systems
Employee records and data management
Labor, health, and retirement insurance
Retirement, severance, bereavement, and personnel regulations
We also collaborate with the Guidance Office and Faculty Association to regularly host “Faculty Integration Workshops,” enriching teachers’ professional and personal lives, and creating a caring and joyful Holy Savior campus.
