Communication Information 

There are many different ways I will communicate with you throughout the school year. Please see the information below: 

**I will respond to your email, phone call, or note within 24 hours**


I will/can respond/talk during the follow days and times:

Monday-Friday: 

before school (7:30- 8:30 am)

 plan time (1:40-2:25 pm)

 after school (3:45-4:15 pm)


Please see the information below about the what communication systems I will use this year:


Email- If I need to contact you with questions or information (non-urgent). I may send an email to the email address you provided to the school district. If this email changes please send me an email to let me know. 


Phone-  I will contact you via phone in many different cases (urgent and non-urgent). Please let me know if you phone number changes at all throughout the year. If you do not keep your number updated, the school or myself will have no way of contacting you if an emergency or concern occurs. 


ClassDojo- this will be another form of communication I will use throughout this year to contact you for Non-emergency purposes (questions, individual student updates, etc.).
