The Poynter Counseling Department's mission is to provide a comprehensive guidance and counseling program that is accessible to all students and responsive to the unique needs of the individual learner. We are committed to supporting the academic, career and social/emotional development of our students through advocacy and instruction in a safe and collaborative learning community that prepares students for high school success and post secondary opportunities as responsible, ethical and contributing members of society.
