Hello everyone!
I hope you have been able to keep up with and enjoy the physical activities that have been emailed to you/your parents. And if you have not been able to, I trust that you and your family are finding ways to stay active and healthy at home.
I have now planned a Monday-Friday schedule of activities that you will still receive on your scheduled gym days, with instructions at the start of each week. It will be themed in this way;
MOVEMENT MONDAYS
TAKE A CHALLENGE TUESDAY (both physically and nutritionally)
WORKOUT WEDNESDAY
THRIVING THURSDAY (mind and body)
FITNESS/FREE CHOICE FRIDAY WITH A FUN FACT
It is recommended that you aim for 60 minutes of daily physical activity. I encourage you to supplement the PE activities by going outside when possible and being active. I would love to hear from you and what you are doing! If you have any questions, have any creative ideas, or would like to show me a picture or video of you doing any of these activities or any of your own, please do not hesitate to email me at cchernos@hsd.ca!

PS – It can be helpful to keep a log of activities in order to ensure a healthy mind and
body. I have included a log sheet if you would like to use one. If possible, I would love to
see all your work once it is full!
