Summary

Aunt Betty is my 93 year Great Aunt who has traveled all around the world and currently lives in Australia. She grew up in New Glasgow. She was born in Yorkshire, England but moved to New Glasgow when she was 5 months old. So she's Canadian at heart.

New Glasgow has a river that splits it called the East River of Pictou. The weather ranges from -30 to +20. It's near the Atlantic Ocean. It has a bridge over the river to connect both sides of New Glasgow. The County Pictou has a lobster carnival every year.

She learned growing up that hard work can get you far. Impressed by the community she felt in New Glasgow has been relevant in her life now because she finds it in Australia where she lives now. She can also adapt to temperatures easier because of the varying weather of New Glasgow.
