The GT teachers teach enrichment lessons in every Kindergarten classroom for 30 minutes every other week. Every student in grades 1st through 4th attend a 40 minute Discovery class each week. These lessons extend/enrich the regular classroom curriculum and focus on introduction skills in creative thinking, critical thinking, independent learning, communication, and affective development.  During this time, students are carefully observed, and student work samples are collected from students that show potential giftedness.
