Identified GT students in fourth, fifth, and sixth grades are pulled from their scheduled day to work with a Gifted and Talented teacher during the course of the week. The schedule varies for each grade level. These students receive a minimum of 150 minutes a week in the GT resource room. The GT curriculum is differentiated and instruction is student-centered allowing for individual choices and emphasizes creativity, problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Students explore learning through a variety of projects, technology, and products.
