Gifted Education in High School

7th-12th grade content area teachers provide for identified gifted students in the regular classroom through differentiation, acceleration, advanced classes, AP classes, and/or concurrent college credit courses. Students also meet with an approved teacher of the gifted for at least 30 minutes once a month for updates, special activities, and affective needs. The students are provided with a wide variety of other program options and can choose involvement by interest. Mrs. Jackson will be sending out meeting dates and topics for students in grades 7-12, so make sure and check your student email accounts!
