PLEASE NOTE: THE INFORMATION BELOW IS TO HELP STUDENTS GET ORGANIZED WHILE WE ARE IN A FULL REMOTE LEARNING MODEL. ONCE WE TRANSITION TO A HYBRID MODEL, I WILL UPDATE THIS INFORMATION.
Are you confused about this school year and your schedule? Don't worry, everyone is feeling the same way! Everything is new and there is a lot of information out there. So let's help you to figure out when you are virtually meeting (Google Meet videoconference) with your classes while we are in FULL REMOTE model.
Important terms to know before you move forward:
SYNCHRONOUS LEARNING: This means that you will meet LIVE on Google Meets (which is like a video conference) with your teachers and your classmates.
ASYNCHRONOUS LEARNING: This means that the teacher will post lessons/assignments on their website or Google Classroom that students will complete on their own.
In this video, our principal, Mr. Ruella, explains what days your classes will be meeting virtually through Google Classroom.
Click on the template that is posted on the right. It will open up a google slide. Next...

Take out your schedule
Then you can edit the document
I would then suggest taking a picture of the slide so your schedule is saved to your phone!
PLEASE NOTE: Creating this schedule helps you to figure out when you are meeting LIVE with you classes. For your other classes on your schedule that aren't meeting live on a particular day, you still must login to Google Classroom, take attendance, and complete any lesson/assignment that is posted.
