Ms. Froehlich

I am excited to begin my 5th year teaching at Haviland Middle School! This school year I will be teaching 7th grade, 8th grade, and Adapted PE. 

I am currently the HMS Cross Country coach and Spring Track coach at FDR High School. I graduated from SUNY Cortland with a degree in Physical Education and a concentration in Adapted Physical Education. I recently completed my graduate degree in Adapted Physical Education at the University of South Carolina.

In my free time I enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, and biking. Click on the pink sneakers in my virtual classroom below to discover all of the amazing hiking spots in the Hudson Valley.
