Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year!  I hope all of you had a good summer.  It is time to begin the school year and I am excited to meet all of you.  Physical Education is a great course to learn about your body and moving and it will be fun.

I was born in Yonkers N.Y. but moved to Staatsburg N.Y when I was only 1 year old and still live in Staatsburg today.  I attended North Park Elementary School, Haviland Middle School and graduated from FDR High School in 1988.  I played baseball and football for FDR.

I graduated from Castleton State College with a Physical Education Teaching degree and also graduated from SUNY New Paltz.  While at Castleton State College I played D3 baseball .

This is my 27th year at Haviland Middle School Teaching Physical Education and Coaching Haviland Football.  I also coach Spring Track and Field at Havliand.  In the past I have coached tennis, soccer, baseball and basketball for Haviland and FDR. 

I love the outdoors especially in Idaho and Wyoming.  I enjoy fishing, snow skiing, water skiing, boating, snowmobiling and building things out of wood.

As per my family.  I have an awesome wife that enjoys traveling and the outdoors.  We have a fun playful yellow lab named Libby.

This school year will be different than in the past and I will do my best to make physical education enjoyable
