My name is Nancy Hubner and I am a 6th-grade co-teacher with Mrs. Ader and Mrs. Eastman. This is my 10th year teaching in Hyde Park as a special education teacher. I have worked in multiple grades as a co-teacher, small class teacher, and resource room teacher. This is my fourth year teaching at HMS in 6th grade. Prior to my teaching career, I was a professional modern dancer with a company in NYC. When I am not working, I am very busy with my husband, two teenage children, and chocolate lab at home in Red Hook. As a family, we love to keep busy by reading books, hiking, kayaking, gardening, and watching movies together. Working with 6th graders is a complete joy for me, and I look forward to meeting and working with each of you this year.
