Mrs. Castner’s Discipline/Consequences Policy:
First Offense could be one or more of the following:
Eye contact, move closer, student will become aware that I am watching
QUICK talk with student. Consider your actions and plan a solution TOGETHER
Seat change
Writing assignment to be signed by a parent/guardian
Second Offense:
Parent/Guardian contact via email or phone call with Detention
Third Offense:
Conference with parent/guardian and Guidance Counselor
QUESTION TALLY SHEET: If a student begins to ask several unnecessary, off-topic questions, or speaks out without raising their hand; they will be given a "Pink Tally" sheet to self monitor their actions. After ten tallies are made, phone call home with an assigned detention.
ChromeBooks are to be STRICTLY used for classroom assignments. If a student is on a site not approved by the teacher AND their assignment is incomplete, the Chrome Book will be taken away for the remainder of class.
