Coaching Terms & SMS Consent

By booking a coaching session with GetUnstuck.guru, you agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of Services
Coaching is designed to help clients gain clarity, break through internal blocks, and accelerate results. It is not therapy, counseling, medical, legal, or financial advice.

2. No Guarantees
Results vary and depend on your effort, participation, and follow-through. No specific outcome is guaranteed.

3. Client Responsibility
You are fully responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, and for all decisions and results arising from coaching.

4. Confidentiality
Your information is kept confidential except if disclosure is required by law, you give written permission, or there is risk of harm.

5. Sessions, Fees, and Payments
Sessions are typically two hours in duration. Rate: $200 per hour, payable at the time of the session. Fees are non-refundable once services begin, except where prohibited by law.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be charged in full.

7. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by GetUnstuck.guru are for personal use only and may not be shared or distributed without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Coach’s liability will not exceed the amount paid for coaching services.

9. Governing Law
California law governs these terms unless otherwise specified in writing.
