There are times when you may feel stressed, sad, unsure, and confused. Trust me even the adults experience these uncomfortable emotions too. Remember, you must take care of yourself. Do things that make you feel happy, get sleep, read a good book, or learn something new. Just take it day by day. We're excited about the new year! We're always here for you!!
We highly recommend the FLOW videos on GoNoodle. They are great calming activities. Especially the Melting.... probably because it reminds me of the movie Frozen. Bring it down, close your eyes, listen and relax.
