Information Regarding Drives
Club Sponsors must be copied on all emails.
Students will no longer be able to obtain service hours for donations.
No more than one drive per club per semester.
Administrator approval must be obtained before clubs may advertise.
Clubs must work with an established organization/program and know the needs/wants of the organization.
Drives must be no longer than one week. An extension may be granted depending on availability.
Signage must be placed on all donation bins that includes contact information.
Clubs must designate a responsible individual to collect all donations at the conclusion of the drive.
Flyers promoting drives must have administrator approval.
