Club Description: The CVHS UNICEF chapter aims to assist the international organization UNICEF in ensuring the rights of every child in times of peace and crisis. These rights include rights to survive, thrive, and reach one’s full potential. These rights are upheld by the protection of children from violence, exploitation, and neglect, three of the major contributors of death under the age of 13. Additionally, we aim to provide children with access to healthcare, education, and a safe environment. UNICEF works to ensure that children's basic needs are met and that they have opportunities to participate in society.
