Hi parents and students!! On this page I will be posting videos every Wednesday of a new creative writing activity for your child to do at home! Please make sure you email me or post a picture on Living Tree of your child's work. I really miss seeing them and hearing all of their stories!!

How it works:
Find a stone or make one out of salt dough, paint it and then place it somewhere outside for someone to find. Then take a picture and post to Living Tree!! This is a great way to spread joy and happiness!

For this creative writing activity you will need a box of any size or shape. Use your imagination and creativity and transform that box into anything you want. After you have created something with your box then I want you to write a story incorporating your creation.
Squiggle Art!!
Squiggle Art!!
This is an easy, creative activity you can do at home. Just draw an unusual line on a piece of paper then trade the line you've drawn with one created by someone else. The idea is to take that random squiggle and turn into in something else....a character, a scene or a work of modern art. Once you've created your squiggle art then write a story about it!!
