SCA offers a Conference Honor Choir, and a non-auditioned Conference Choir, for HS Choir members made up of students from the SCA Conference: Ava, Cabool, Houston, Liberty, Mountain Grove, Salem, Thayer, Willow Springs
All High School Choir Members attend this event.
There is a two part event:
1. Competition: SCA School choral ensembles compete for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places by performing two pieces for judges.
2. Large Conference Choir Ensembles: All the SCA school's choirs join together in two different groups to rehearse a few pieces to put on a concert in the evening.
This concert is open to the public. The top 3 schools in the competition perform at the concert, as well as the 2 Large Conference Choir ensembles.

Location: Ava High School - 507 NE 3rd St., Ava, MO
Time: After school (May leave during the school day)
Actual audition time depends on registration deadlines and event coordinators.

Time: All Day Event - Concert @ 7:00 p.m.
Location: Mountain Grove High School - 420 N. Main St., Mountain Grove, MO

The entire audition takes place in 1 room, and is a blind audition.
Major Scale
Must sing a one-octave major scale, a cappella.
Scale starting pitch.
Soprano - F, Alto - Db, Tenor - F, Bass - B
Choral Piece
Fill in the "missing" part with a recording of a choral piece.
Odd Year: I'll Say It Anyway
Even Year: Farewell My Love
Does NOT have to be memorized. Clean copies will be in the audition room, or you may take your own.
