What is a blog post?
A blog post helps us to practice all the structures, on a regular basis, that are used in a good piece of writing. So what is structure?
Structure is the parts of a text. In non fiction texts structure includes an: introduction, body and conclusion. in a narrative, the structure includes an introduction, rising action, climax and falling action.
When we are writing a blog post we are creating a non fiction text. It has a few extra parts to it...
Greeting, Introduction, Body, DLO, Conclusion and a 'sign off'
