CREATE - With your partner or small group begin changing the lyrics to the song on the document (don't forget to make a copy)
SHARE - Share your lyrics during tomorrow's topic session and write a couple of them on your own slide explaining what you had to do

LEARN - Watch the Cook Island's performance in the hall on Monday. Watch the videos of the Cook Islands dance
CREATE - Practice the Cook Islands dance and add it to our class performance

LEARN - Think about, investigate, and discuss why our forests are so important
CREATE - Construct a list with the class and create a slide to document this
SHARE - Add this to your Te Ngāhare slides
END OF WEEK 8 WHAKATAUKI
LEARN - Check out the whakatauki in our topic resource book and choose your favourite one
CREATE - Add your chosen whakatauki to your Te Ngāhere slides and learn it off by heart. This means you will be able to repeat it from memory
SHARE - Recite your whakatauki to a buddy from Room 11 and teach them how to say it and what it means

LEARN - Read through the slides for the new names of our classrooms
CREATE - Create a slide telling us about the new name for one of the classrooms. You must include a fact and tell us what it means in english
