Karen Munoz has been an active FCCLA member for over six years. Her role is to develop meetings, assist the group in making a discussion, and keep members informed. During that time, she has been not only an active member, but a reliable stand in for our adviser. When Karen graduates, she plans on studying in the cosmetology field.
Aileen Luna has been an FCCLA member for over three years. Her role is to assist the president, make sure all competitors are fully supported and prepared for events, and help members develop and plan a chapter program of work that will meet the needs and interests of the chapter. During that time, she has raised over $2,000. This year, she has assisted the president, Karen Munoz, in the meetings and ideas for fundraisers. After high school, she hopes to get into a proper university in hopes of becoming a psychiatrist.
Ashlyn Gutierrez has been an active member of FCCLA for over two years. Her role is to lead the chapter's community service projects and educate on the importance of being involved in the community. During this time, she has brought out many community services to help improve our present and previous FCCLA Chapter. After she finishes high school, she plans to continue her education in photography.
Alysson Gutierrez has been an active member of FCCLA for over two years. Her role is to keep accurate and complete minutes of all chapter meetings, keep attendance at chapter meetings, and also count and record votes. During this time, she has followed her duties of keeping everything in order and updated. After she finishes high school, she plans to continue her education in nursing.
Evelyn Gomez has been an active member of FCCLA for over two years. Her role is similar to an advisers; she helps students develop skills and leadership opportunities. During this time, she has helped improve our chapter with her overall friendliness and a warm smile that demonstrates the welcome of our FCCLA chapter. After she finishes high school, she plans to further her education in nursing.
Jolee Tremblay has been an active member of FCCLA for two years. Her role is to keep a record of all chapter income, assist the adviser in collecting and submitting state and national dues in advance, and keep records of receipts for all money paid out. During this time, she has helped improve our chapter by recruiting younger members. With her energy and positive mindset, she was able to get younger students to get out of their comfort zone. After high school, she wants to go into a business field.
Mariana Sandoval has been an active member of FCCLA for five years. Her role is to post on social media about any events we are having and accomplishments. During this time, she has helped restart our social media platform for two years. She has helped in every fundraiser and exceeded expectations. One of her favorite fundraisers was "Pie in the Face," which has raised over $300. After high school, she wants to go to medical school in hopes of becoming a pediatric doctor.
