Make an obstacle course where you have to jump, run, bounce, throw balls, go under, over, crawl, leap and race to the finish line!! You might like to watch some Ninja Warrior clips for some inspiration!
Time yourself, take a break and see if you can improve your time!! Challenge the people in your house! This course took us about 30minutes to set up, practice and decide where we would start and finish. We were sooooo sweaty when we finished and had a tonne of fun!

Play a game of 60second crab or caterpillar soccer with a balloon or ball. Ask a sibling or parent to join your game and agree on fair rules based on the age of those participating.
Create a 10 minute routine using ALL 8 animal moves
Teach it to a family member
Complete 2-3 times in the week and don't forget to keep up with the Mt Aoral Challenge!!
