I was fortunate enough to chat to Ste Walsh and Melissa Grindon, the hosts of the Humans of Hope podcast to talk all things Psychology.

On the podcast I spoke about my journey into Psychology, which began when I was a college student. I also talked openly about being a proud 'jack of all trades'. I also discussed some useful wayfinding techniques that you can use when you are exploring a new city.
