Terms of Enrollment:
No refunds or credits will be issued for withdrawals or program changes (including changes to the number of weeks or days attended). *Refunds will only be provided if the camp is canceled or does not meet minimum enrollment requirements.
All campers must be dropped off no earlier than 7:45am. This allows sufficient time for check-in and settling in before camp begins at 8:00am
Late pick-up: Camp ends at 12:00pm sharp. If a camper is not picked up on time, a late fee will apply as follows:
$10 for the first 15 minutes late $20 for every additional hour (or portion thereof) late. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
There are no refunds or credits due to illness, absence, suspension or emergency closing.
There is a $30 charge for returned checks.
Teachers of Summer Camp Classes reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to suspend or dismiss any Camper if his or her conduct is detrimental to the well-being of the Camp or of any other Camper(s) and no refunds or credits will be issued.
