Parents are integral to the success of the Troop 

While the Troop is scout-led, the advancement and learning is facilitated through parents’ support of the Troop.

All scout activities require at least 2 registered adults to be present and one of them has to be a female if female youths are involved.   

Registered Adults roles:

• Troop Committee (TC)

• Scoutmasters & Assistant Scout Masters (SM & ASMs)

• Merit Badge Counselor (MBC)

You would need to fill out the BSA adult application, complete the SYT online training and make a payment to the FEC  in order to become a registered adult.

4) Make a payment to the Far East Council (FEC)  FEC.Registrar@scouting.org.
