1. Please review the “What Do Family & Community Liaisons Do” section of the "About" page of this site to see if the student/family seems to be an appropriate referral. 

2. If you think the student/family in question could benefit from the support of our Family and Community Liaisons program please contact the child's teacher or building principal to discuss your concerns.

3. Teachers / Principals will take your concerns to their building's Student Support Team where a determination will be made if a Liaison Referral would be the most appropriate resource.

For Internal Referrals from Homer School District Employees:
