The MITEY Programme is a mental health and wellbeing programme for children in Years 1–8 in New Zealand schools. It helps children learn about their emotions, build confidence, develop healthy friendships, and know how to ask for help when they need it. MITEY is designed to be part of everyday learning at school and is based on the New Zealand Curriculum.
