Hispaniola Industrial Free Zone Park - HIFZP

Velas Hispaniola owns and is located inside the Hispaniola Industrial Free Trade Zone Business Park, a 140-acre campus located in Santo Domingo, the capital city of the Dominican Republic. The HIFZP is also home to CLC Dominicana, our label printing company, and future additions to the business park include: a corrugated products supplier, a wick supplier, a furniture manufacturing company, and a personal care products manufacturer.

Operating in a free trade zone under CAFTA-DR, there are no duties or tariffs imposed on any of our Velas Hispaniola candle products that are shipped from the Dominican Republic into the United States.
