Our district recommends 1-2 hours of daily learning for elementary students. We envision fifth grade learning includes the following:
- 60 minutes of daily reading
- Discussing reading with family members or writing about reading
- Fifth Grade Discussion Prompts -Literature & Informational Texts <-- (click link)
- Additional ideas found on page two of the district learning packet
- Discussing reading with family members or writing about reading
- Activities provided in the new fifth grade learning packet
