Third Grade

The Technology Curriculum is unique at Miller Elementary School. All students in grades 3-5 spend a semester in computer class and a semester in engineering. They meet once a week for 50 minutes. In addition to this computer class, students experience technology integration in the classroom environment with a variety of mobile technology and digital tools. At Miller, we believe in setting a strong foundation of technology skills based on the Massachusetts Digital Learning and Computer Science standards for all our learners.

The computer curriculum at Miller spirals up through the grades and is constantly evolving to keep up with the latest in educational technology. The five basic units are the same in each grade with lessons that vary in difficulty by grade.
