H & N Services helps families identify and remove personal obstacles to success and self-sufficiency with the primary goal of preserving and strengthening the family unit. In addition, additional support is provided to each individual in order to foster family and community wellbeing. Individual and family sessions, tailored treatment plans, case management, linkages to outpatient therapy, and resources are all included in our thorough intensive in-home approach.
