Ballotpedia - Ballotpedia is a non-partisan encyclopedia of ballot initiatives, that provides comprehensive information on both the ballot topics and funding and endorsements. It is considered to be a very balanced source that does not use emotionally charged language.

Voter's Edge - A voting guide created by partnership through League of Women Voter's and California Education Fund, both non-biased, non-partisan organizations. (Not yet updated for 2020 California Ballot initiatives).
